Director (m/f/d) Investment Management Germany

#Lead the real estate investment strategy in Germany, identifying high-potential opportunities across multiple asset classes, including both off-market and on-market projects.
#Oversee the entire investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluation to acquisition, due diligence, negotiation, and deal structuring.
#Full responsibility for managing the acquisition and sales process, including the preparation of investment calculations, SWOT analyses, and dynamic cash flow models.
#Develop and implement portfolio- and asset management strategies to achieve targeted returns and align with broader firm objectives.
#Build and lead the Frankfurt office, with the goal of growing a high-performing local team over time.
#Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, brokers, financial institutions, institutional investors, and local authorities.
#Oversee asset management activities, ensuring alignment with investment strategies and performance targets.
#Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market presence.
#Travel across Germany and to other European countries (especially France and the UK) to explore new investment opportunities and maintain business relationships.
#Contribute to the firm’s growth by leveraging existing capital and playing a key role in fundraising, while fostering strong relationships with institutional investors and other capital sources.
#Directly report to the Head of Investment for Europe based in London.

#Extensive experience in real estate investment, asset management, and/or portfolio management, with a proven track record in Germany.
#Comprehensive knowledge of the German real estate market, including regulations, market dynamics, and trends, as well as a deep understanding of the legal framework for commercial real estate.
#Successful completion of a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally supplemented by additional real estate-specific training.
#Proven experience in investment and transaction management, as well as asset management for commercial real estate and portfolios.
#Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and build a strong investment pipeline through a reliable network of real estate owners, brokers, and banks.
#Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and lead teams, fostering growth and collaboration.
#Proven ability to manage relationships with investors, including institutional capital providers, and effectively negotiate and communicate in high-stakes situations.
#Performance-driven, diplomatic leadership personality with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
#Fluency in both German and English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders across Germany and international partners.
#Team-oriented, highly committed, flexible, and willing to travel extensively to manage investments across various locations.
